How top fashion icons and influencers in 2017 looked like

This year’s Google Style list, released Friday, had a pop culture-heavy lineup for the most influential looks of 2017.

If you took a trip down memory lane this past year, Google Trends had plenty of updates to share with us: Election Day celebrations, conventions, Netflix seasons, Instagram updates and more. But Google decided to focus on style in the style of 2017, which it began by choosing Google’s highest-earning celebrities and putting them on its Slideshow.

Overseeing Google Trends in the U.S. this year was Jessica Williams, a television host and comedian. Other fashion-minded stars and icons on the list this year include Solange, Kendall Jenner, Ciara, Stormy Daniels, Serena Williams, Demi Lovato, Kylie Jenner, Karlie Kloss, Rihanna, Amal Clooney, Cardi B, Khloe Kardashian, Miley Cyrus, Amy Schumer, Solange, Lena Dunham, Katie Couric, Oscar de la Renta, Fendi, Kendall Jenner, Beyoncé, Yara Shahidi, Tyson Beckford, Victoria’s Secret, Kim Kardashian, Hailey Baldwin, the Obamas, and Donald Trump.

The style results span fashion events, charity gala attire, summer fashion, Golden Globes red carpet fashion, red carpet trends, brand mascots, presidential appearances, and more.

Since this time last year, Google style has grown to 1 billion people and users around the world, according to Google. From the times of fashion, to the most popular maternity styles, to the styles from a certain awards season, it’s always been fun to peruse the results of your Google search query.

However, Google Style is expected to be updated on a semi-regular basis, based on human style preferences. So, if you want to own the latest style trends when they’re still in the spotlight, now’s the time to get some more acquainted with fashion from those who’ve got a solid handle on what it’s like to dress up.
